Eligibility

• You may return your dress within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
  
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free from makeup, stains, perfume, deodorant, or any strong scent
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
• For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns that show any signs of wear, damage, or scent.

 How to Return

1. DM us within 3 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number and reason for return.
3. We’ll reply with the return address and instructions.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or fees (if applicable).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If your item is returned in non-eligible condition, we may not be able to process the refund.
